Investing in therapy is an investment in your well-being, and I want the logistical side of your care to be as transparent and straightforward as possible.

Rates & Financials

  • Out-of-Pocket Rate: $170 per 53-minute session.

  • Sliding Scale Available: I offer a sliding scale fee structure for clients while I am waiting to finalize my credentialing and contracts with insurance networks. Please reach out to discuss these options.

Insurance Networks

I am currently in the process of paneling as an independent provider with major networks, including:

  • PacificSource

  • Moda

  • Aetna

  • UnitedHealthcare

  • Regence BlueCross BlueShield

Please reach out to verify the current status of your specific network coverage as my paneling finalizes.

Out-of-Network & Private Pay

If I am not currently in-network with your provider, I can supply you with a “super bill” that you can submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

Good Faith Estimates

In accordance with federal law, you will receive a clear, upfront estimate of the expected costs of your care prior to our first official session.
